PLEASE NOTE I DO NOT ALLOW CLIENTS TO USE NUMBING CREAMS AS I AM ALLERGIC. If you do turn up to the appointment with numbing cream on you will be turned away, charged for all or part of the session and will have to pay a new deposit to rebook the appointment. I hate to have to do this but I do not want to have an allergic reaction and then be unable to tattoo anyone for a few days. Thanks for understanding
Deposits are non refundable but if you need to rearrange your appointment the deposit will be carried over as long as 48 hours notice is given. If 48 hours isn’t given you will need to pay a new deposit to rebook.
If you no show then your deposit will be lost and you will not be booked in for any future appointments, I have a strict policy on no shows to protect not only me but my other clients waiting for spaces too and that’s my top priority.
I try and be as accommodating as possible so if you cannot make your appointment or need to reschedule please just let me know with as much time as possible.
