    I try and get back to enquiries in around 3-5 days. My admin days are on Tuesdays. If you have any problems with the form or are struggling, send me another message and I can help you out!

    Please note;

    Custom designs are sent a few days before your appointment, after your booking has been confirmed. This gives us enough time to make any small tweaks!

    I no longer allow use of numbing cream for appointments due to new FDA guidance. We can adjust your appointment time to suit your pain threshold no problem, and discuss ways to make you feel comfortable!

    BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT

    All appointments require a non-refundable booking fee. (Appointment slots cannot be secured without this. In the event of any reschedule with less than a weeks notice the booking fee will be lost.)
