1. General Booking & Eligibility: * Age Requirement: All clients must be 18 years of age or older. Valid photo ID (e.g., passport, driving license) is required at the start of the session. 2. Booking & Deposit: A non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the total is required to secure your booking. This booking fee will be deducted from the total session cost. * Payment: The full session fee is due at the start of your appointment. 3. Cancellation/Rescheduling: A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment (you can only reschedule once with the initial fee paid otherwise a new fee will be requiRed) Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee. Repeat cancellations or no-shows may require full upfront payment for future bookings or refusal of service. * Lateness: Please arrive promptly for your scheduled start time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your session may be cancelled or shortened, and your deposit may/ can be forfeited. 4. Session Mechanics : Timer Start: The 1-hour timer for your session begins the moment the tattoo needle first makes contact with your skin. This does not include consultation, stencil application, setup, or breaks. * Breaks: Short breaks for client comfort (e.g., stretching, restroom) will generally be included within the session time. Excessive or prolonged breaks may be subject to discussion with the artist and could be added to the session time at the artist's discretion.(pay for runover time) 5. Design Scope: This "bottomless" offer is generally for smaller, simpler, or flash designs that can be completed efficiently within the allocated time. Complex, highly detailed, or large custom designs are typically not suitable for this pricing model and will require a separate booking at a different rate. * Design Selection: Clients are encouraged to have a clear idea of what they want. For "bottomless" sessions, it's common to offer a selection of pre-drawn "flash" designs or allow for very simple, small custom designs agreed upon before the session starts. You can still choose whatever you want but please send these ideas 48hours prior to get ahead on draw time especially for custom designs . Significant design changes during the session may incur additional charges or require rescheduling, extra time paid for. 6. Artist Discretion: The artist retains the right to refuse any design or placement deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or beyond the scope of a "bottomless" session. The artist also has the final say on what can be realistically achieved within the time frame. * Unused Time: If you finish your desired tattoos before the hour is up, the remaining time is forfeited and cannot be carried over or refunded. * Exceeding Time: If your desired tattoos require more time than initially estimated, additional time will be charged at the same hourly rate (£100 per hour) in 10 minute increments, subject to the artist's availability. Tattoo Process & Aftercare. * Consent Form: You will be required to read and sign a detailed consent form prior to any tattooing, acknowledging risks, aftercare instructions, and agreement to these terms. * Stencil Approval: You are responsible for reviewing and approving the stencil's placement and details before tattooing begins. Once the stencil is approved and tattooing commences, changes may not be possible or may incur additional costs. * Aftercare: Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided verbally and in writing. Proper aftercare is crucial for healing. We are not responsible for tattoos that do not heal correctly due to client negligence in following aftercare instructions. 7. Refund Policy: * No Refunds: All payments for tattoo sessions are final and non-refundable
